We are currently implementing an automated shipping tool that will utilize Canada post for all shipping services. In the interim, please notify us if you require shipping of your order and we will contact you to confirm the shipping charges prior to processing your order.
Shipping is based on the weight of the order and the destination. Shipping rates are displayed on the checkout page, (prior to the page where you're asked to enter your payment information), so that you can get an exact shipping price before committing to an order. We charge the rate calculated by Canada Post plus a minimal handling fee to cover packaging materials and associated shipping weight.
We want you to be happy with your food and equipment purchases and guarantee your satisfaction.
For all food purchases that you are not satisfied with please let us know and we will gladly offer you a credit towards future purchases.
For equipment purchases, all items must be un-opened, in their original packaging and free from defects to receive a refund. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all equipment returns. All warranty issues will be dealt with under the terms and conditions outlined with your equipment and may require your product being shipped back to the manufacturer.
